“It all starts with a Snow Cone” – 01 July 2008

That was the quote we used in early 2008 as our family began our first entrepreneurial venture with the Snow Cone Place™. It was my wife’s idea, and something was there that made clear and perfect sense to pursue this opportunity. “Reward in business rarely comes without risk.”

In our neck of the woods, when we say “We’re going to the store” it could mean the grocery store, the gas station, or Wal-Mart. General speaking terms that illustrate where you’re going, or where you’ve been, without an exact location. No matter how fancy a name we came up with, people (and kids) would have called it the Snow Cone Place™, and it stuck like glue.
